Over a period of several months twenty-three students from the Akademie der bildenden Künste in Munich and the Hochschule für Gestaltung, Kunst und Konservierung in Berne developed projects related to Messestadt Riem. The results were presented to the public during a tour that took a number of hours. Some works revealed a relatively non-contextual preoccupation with form, others displayed poetic, critical and humorous reactions to the surroundings and still others were intensely site-specific in approach. A publication on the project is available.
